Ben has always had a passion for property as an asset class. He managed to save up and buy his first house in Hamilton within 18 months of finishing university. Ben graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Agriculture and Commerce. After graduation, Ben started his career as an Agronomist, and has been based in the Waikato region for over 5 years now.
Due to the advisory nature of his work, he believes it is extremely important to listen carefully to the needs of his clients in order to find a solution that matches their expectations. Ultimately, he wants to exceed the expectations of clients and make things happen. Ben’s excellent communication skills, together with his ability to relate to people from diverse industries, cultural backgrounds and walks of life, make him very easy to warm to which is key to achieving positive results, and as a team player, he can be relied on to always be on top of the market.
A refreshing change compared to a conventional (so called) sellers agent experience when selling our rental. While Ben definitely was acting for the buyer, I found this approach more honest and it worked for both parties. The due diligence Ben organised on behalf of his buyer was comprehensive and he got the sale over the line in the middle of the Covid lock down. A win win all around.
